New house decorated in Dalmatian style, on the north side of the island of Hvar, between the coves of Pakomina and Virak. Surrounded by beautiful olive trees with an enchanting view of the sea, the Makarska Riviera and the island of Brač. The place is romantic and provides maximum privacy. The whole house is for rent, so you will enjoy the whole house alone, the silence of nature, as well as the enchanting sunrise and sunset.
There is a sidewalk and stairs leading to the sea, which is 20 m away, where there is also a shower. Access to the sea is a concrete jetty or natural rocks. The house uses solar panels as a source of electricity
220 V only for lights, fridge, TV, mobile phone charger, laptop and camera, shaver. Large appliances such as a hair dryer, kettle, iron, toaster ... you can NOT use. Cooking is done on a gas stove. Hot water for the bathrooms and kitchen is also via solar panels. Drinking water is from the water tank. It should be used rationally. The house is located 300 m from the bay of Pakomina, where there is a restaurant where you can enjoy local Dalmatian specialties, as well as a cafe located on the beach itself. There are two ways to reach us: by ferry line Drvenik - Sućuraj or Split - Stari Grad. The last stage of the road is macadam.
