The house is situated on the most beautiful part of Jelsa called Vitarnja. Vitarnja is located on the promenade between two towns, Jelsa and Vrboska. It is a peaceful and quiet area in pine forest that provides a deep shade. The house is practically on the beach, in the first line from the sea, only 35 meters from the sea which gives our guests breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, other islands like Brač and on the other hand Dalmatian coast like city Makarska. An amazing and unforgettable view. The house consists of three spacious apartments, each with its own entrance and a large terrace, two garages and common goods sheds in the ground floor. It is a great place if you are in the mood for resting or even recreation and having fun. The house has large yard with a possibility to choose warm or even cold shower in the garden (outdoor shower), barbecue for preparing most delicious meals with common terrace at disposal to all house guests (20 m2) and storage for sunbeds, bikes and other marine props. Shower, barbecue and storage are all at the guest’s disposal without charge.
