Apartment is located 70 m from the sea on the west side of small picturesque village of Ivan Dolac situated on the southern side of the island Hvar with mini shop, bakery, cafe bar and restaurants placed 100m from apartment. It is a charming small village with a magnificent surrounding scenery, known for its pebble beaches and crystal clear sea bathed in glorious sunshine. The whole apartment is bright and specious with high ceiling. Apartment has presentable entry from where you have access to living room, bedroom and bathroom. Living room is specious with dining place for 6 persons and panorama windows a cross the whole rom with see view and entry to south facing balcony with sitting place. There is free Wifi access in whole apartment and cable TV with 40” flat screen. Living room has delicious sleeping couch for 2 persons. In connection to living room is a gorgeous kitchen with all possible equipment you need such as induction stove, dishwasher, big refrigerator with freezer etc.). Bedroom is with big and comfortable double bad, nightstands and big wardrobe. From bedroom, there is entry to west facing balcony. The bathroom is spacious with nice shower place and washing machine. The apartment has big air-condition placed in entry, which cools down both living and bedroom. Apartment itself has actually very pleasant temperature during the whole day and evenings thanks to balconies in both rooms and apartments position in building so need for usage of air-condition is limited. For apartment belongs one parking place in shade on the northern side of the building. Apartment is 2+2 type suitable well for 4 persons
